Advertising disclosure

Businesses in the directory and partner programs pay a monthly fee. Current plans (as of the rate card):

• Standard Listing — $29/month. Verified information, business description, contact multiline and directory placement.
• Featured Listing — $99/month. Enhanced profile, priority placement, photos, links and category visibility.
• Recommended Provider — $199/month. Limited availability, prominent placement, lead referrals and editorial review.
• Founding Partner — $299/month. Premium positioning, Welcome Kit inclusion, newsletter rotation, badge and protected founding rate.

Founding Partner also includes Welcome Kit inclusion, newsletter rotation, a badge, and a protected 2026 rate. Recommended Provider seats are limited.

• Directory cards and Featured / Recommended / Founding labels are paid placements, or they sit inside a paid plan.
• Copy on those listings is editorial in voice — we write it, the business approves it — but the placement itself is purchased.
• Homepage “featured businesses” and Welcome Kit partner names are paid unless we say otherwise.
• Neighborhood guides, the moving plan, insurance pages, and Ask a local are not for sale as advertorial. A Recommended Provider may appear alongside that content; the guide itself is ours.

PalmCoast.Life does not accept payment to rank, order, or feature a home listing. Featured homes are a weekly editorial snapshot for relocators, not a paid board. We are not a brokerage.

We decline national lead mills and businesses that do not actually serve Flagler County. Payment does not buy a five-star review we did not write.

Advertising keeps the lights on. It does not rewrite the lettered map, the cost calculator, or the Tuesday-trash paragraph on About. If a partner and a neighborhood note ever conflict, the note wins.
