Flagler Schools
One public district. Two comprehensive high schools. Lettered streets are not zones. Confirm the assigned campus with the district before you write an offer — not with a Facebook group.

Flagler Schools, two high schools, swim lessons, the youth center, and the honest version of Saturday. A resource — not a ranking of campuses.
Palm Coast is not only a retirement city. There are school buses on the lettered streets and a high school over capacity. There is also no downtown for teenagers and no walk-to-campus from most ITT lots. If you need a city that is built around kids on foot, this is the wrong Florida.
We do not publish GreatSchools scores as gospel. Confirm assignment with the district. Tour the campus. The letter on the street sign is not the zone.

St. Elizabeth Ann Seton is the Catholic school most families ask about. Florida’s Family Empowerment Scholarships pulled nearly 2,000 Flagler kids out of the district this year. Homeschool counts are up. Tour. Don’t assume a citywide rating.
There is no downtown hangout. There is a municipal pool, a county youth center, the library, parks, and a 15-minute drive to Flagler Beach. Summer is heat, storms at 4, and swim lessons.
High school
9–12 · over capacity
5500 E. Highway 100
Palm Coast, FL 32164
The larger high school. October 2025 count was about 2,540 students at 125% of permanent capacity. That is the constraint people mean when they say ‘the high schools are tight.’ Confirm assignment. Do not pick a house for the mascot.
9–12 · more room
3535 Old Kings Road N
Palm Coast, FL 32137
The other comprehensive high school, north/central. More unused capacity than FPC on the last facilities report. Still confirm the zone — Old Kings Road is not a personality.
Middle school
6–8
5505 Belle Terre Parkway
Palm Coast, FL 32137
Near capacity on the last count. B-section families hear this name a lot. Assignment is still a district question.
6–8 · over capacity
4500 Belle Terre Parkway
Palm Coast, FL 32164
Over permanent capacity on the October 2025 report, with FPC High. If your offer depends on this campus, call the district, not the listing agent’s memory.
Elementaries (Belle Terre, Bunnell, Old Kings, Rymfire, Wadsworth) are a district map, not a lettered-section personality. Several are under capacity. Call enrollment before you romanticize a ranch because it sits near a campus.
District & parish
Enrollment & zoning
1769 E. Moody Boulevard
Bunnell, FL 32110
The authority on which elementary you actually get. Traditional public FTE was about 12,370 in October 2025 and trending down as vouchers and homeschool grow. High-school seats are still the squeeze.
Parish · PK–8
4600 Belle Terre Parkway
Palm Coast, FL 32164
The private campus newcomers ask about first. Smaller than a Jacksonville parish system. Tour. Wait lists happen. We do not rank it against the public elementaries.
After 3 p.m.
City pool · lessons
339 Parkview Drive
Palm Coast, FL 32164
Learn-to-swim from 6 months up, youth team (Porpoises), summer open swim. Resident daily: youth $3, adult $4. Seasonal — it is not a year-round indoor rec center. Water safety here is not optional Florida homework.
Middle-school ages
5510 E. Highway 100
Palm Coast, FL 32164
Supervised hangout and summer camp aimed at incoming 6th–9th graders. Next to the high-school corridor on SR-100. Check current hours before you drop anyone off.
Free card for residents
2500 Palm Coast Parkway NW
Palm Coast, FL 32137
Story times, homework space, AC. Photo ID and proof of residency. The other branch is Bunnell at Nexus.
Florida-specific
Canals, pools, the Atlantic. Swim lessons are not enrichment. The municipal pool is the practical place. Flagler Beach has no lifeguard tower on every block — watch the flags.
Alligators live in freshwater. Small kids and small dogs at dusk on a retention pond is a story we do not want to write. Leash. Don’t feed.
Call pediatrics the week you have a closing date. Two hospital campuses exist. Wait lists still exist. Florida KidCare is the state insurance door if you need it.
The rest of the week
School zones ignore the ITT grid. Errands are the parkway. Free Flagler Beach parking is still rare in Florida. Come if a yard and a 15-minute beach beat a walkable downtown. Keep looking if you need a city that is built at kid-scale.
