Healthcare
Two hospital campuses, walk-in clinics, the county health department, and when Daytona is still the right drive. Addresses and phones — a resource, not a directory of practices.
Call 911
Chest pain, stroke signs, trouble breathing, a bad fall, uncontrolled bleeding. Do not drive yourself if you might pass out.
Palm Coast has two AdventHealth hospitals. That is new, and it matters. It is still not Mayo. Primary care and some specialties have wait lists because the population grew faster than the physician bench. Put a hospital and an urgent care in your phone the week you close — not the night someone is running a fever on a lettered street you still can’t spell.
This page is orientation: official campuses, walk-ins, county public health. We do not rank doctors and we do not sell the list. Confirm hours and whether they take your plan before you drive.
Chest pain, stroke (face, arm, speech), severe shortness of breath, major trauma, confusion, a child who will not wake. Two ERs in Palm Coast. Call 911 if you might not make the drive.
Ear infection, sprain, stitches, strep, a fever that is miserable but not crashing, a sports physical you forgot. Cheaper than the ER. They close. They are not 24/7.
The relationship. Blood pressure, diabetes, referrals, the physical. Start the week you have a closing date — wait lists are real. Two hospitals in town does not mean a new-patient slot next Tuesday.
Hospitals
Hospital · 24/7 ER
60 Memorial Medical Parkway
Palm Coast, FL 32164
ER 24/7 · main 386-586-2000 · ER 386-586-2010
The original Flagler campus, by I-95 and SR-100. 99 beds. Full ER, imaging, lab, women’s health, cancer center. This is still the campus people mean when they say “the hospital on 100.”
Hospital · 24/7 ER
1 AdventHealth Way
Palm Coast, FL 32137
ER 24/7 · main 386-302-1800 · ER 386-302-1600
The second campus, closer to the parkway / Town Center side of the city. Same system, own ER (386-302-1600). Free parking. You no longer have to default to Daytona for acute care.
From AdventHealth’s published directories. A human on the other end beats the main switchboard at 2 a.m.
Not the ER
These close. They are the right place for a sprain and the wrong place for chest pain. Hours shift on holidays — call.
Walk-in clinic
120 Cypress Edge Drive
Palm Coast, FL 32164
On the Memorial Medical campus (Medical Plaza). After-hours non-emergency that is not quite an ER. Confirm hours before you drive — they are not 24/7.
Urgent care
1270 Palm Coast Parkway NW
Palm Coast, FL 32137
Often weekdays 8–8, weekends 8–5
Walk-in urgent care: sprains, strep, stitches, on-site X-ray and labs. Typical hours weekdays 8 a.m.–8 p.m., weekends 8 a.m.–5 p.m. — call before you go.
Urgent care
5851 E. State Road 100, Suite A
Palm Coast, FL 32164
Opened 2026 as the second Centra Care in Flagler, with a Primary Care+ office in the same building. Confirm the suite, phone, and hours with AdventHealth before you drive — this is the SR-100 / Seminole Woods side of town.
Urgent care
6 Office Park Drive
Palm Coast, FL 32137
Independent walk-in, north/central Palm Coast. Hours typically weekdays into evening, shorter on Sunday. Call ahead on holidays.
Urgent care
140 Pinnacles Drive
Palm Coast, FL 32164
South/Town Center side. Same independent group as Office Park. Not an ER.
County

301 Dr. Carter Blvd.
Bunnell, FL 32110
Weekdays 8 a.m.–5 p.m. (closed noon–1, Mon–Thu)
Appointments required for most clinic services. Immunizations ext. 2244. WIC 386-437-7294. This is the county health department, not a hospital.
Birth and death certificates
200 Dr. Carter Blvd.
Bunnell, FL 32110
Same government campus in Bunnell, different building from the clinic.
When Flagler isn’t enough
Some specialties, trauma, and veteran primary care still live south. Jacksonville (Mayo, UF Health) is the tertiary option — about an hour north when local care says so.
Larger hospital · ~30 minutes south
301 Memorial Medical Parkway
Daytona Beach, FL 32117
The bigger AdventHealth in Volusia. Some specialties and transfers still go here. ER 386-231-3023.
VA clinic · Daytona Beach
551 National Health Care Drive
Daytona Beach, FL 32114
Weekdays, typically 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Closest VA primary-care clinic. Flagler County does not have its own VA hospital. Enroll through VA.gov before you need a visit.
Primary care
We do not publish a roster of private practices. That turns into an ad. Ask your insurer’s directory, AdventHealth’s find-a-doctor, and a neighbor who actually got a new-patient slot. Start the week you have a closing date. Cardiology, orthopedics, and endocrinology are the specialties people wait on.
If you have kids, confirm pediatric panels the same week. School physicals stack up in July and August.
