This is not only a retirement city. I found that out at 5 p.m.

Palm Coast does not look like 110,000 people until you sit through the parkway. Budget time. Order internet two weeks out.

I work remote. I needed fiber, a grocery that is not a pilgrimage, and a school that was actually assigned to the street — the lettered section is not a zone. W was the practical grid. Town Center is close. St. Augustine is a Saturday, not a commute.

Call the pediatrician the week you have a closing date. Two hospital campuses exist. That does not mean a new-patient physical next Tuesday. Spectrum showed up. The original ITT streets were not designed for everyone’s Zoom call at 9 a.m., but it has caught up on our block.

The parkway at 5 p.m. is a real commute if your life is on the other side of town. I still like the lot. I still like that most of these streets do not have a CDD. I just stopped pretending this was a sleepy village.
